PIZAREA REFUND POLICY:

Thanks for ordering your food online on www.pizarea.com. We appreciate you for using our service.

After paying online (mobile money, card) for your order, you’re eligible for refund only when the following situations occur in relation to your order: You were charged double while you were making payment

  • Order was not delivered
  • Restaurant didn’t have what you ordered for
  • Restaurant was not operating at the time you place your order
  • A price update that was not effected on the platform

In the above instances mentioned, refund of the will be made within forty eight (48) hours of order placement for orders placed via mobile money. This refund will be the sum of the amount spent on the food plus the delivery charge paid. It will exclude any additional charges incurred in the process.

For orders placed using debit/credit cards via the Ezipay Portal, refund will be initiated after receipt of refund request. However, receipt of funds will depend on the bank your card is from. It could take between three (3) days to three (3) months depending on your bank.

For orders placed using debit/credit cards via other methods including Payswitch, Nsano, Rave etc. refund (food cost + delivery excluding any other charges incurred during the transaction) will be made within seventy two (72) hours after your purchase.
